Filling this form doesn't involve booking, it's just a request for availability. Units can be booked later, via email, once you have received our confirmation of availability. Residence Mariflò uses your personal information to provide you with services and to help us better understand your needs and interests. Specifically, we use your information to help you complete a transaction or order, to communicate with you, to provide service and support, to update you on services and benefits, to personalize promotional offers and to personalize some Residence Mariflò services. The property consists of cozy two-room apartments that can accommodate two to four people and three-room apartments for a maximum of six people. Each unit also has a covered and equipped outdoor patio and private parking.


  • electricity, hot water, gas, VAT;
  • private parking;
  • weekly change of bed linen and towels;
  • air conditioning and all that is provided by the residence.


  • final cleaning € 50.00;
  • daily change of towels € 5.00 (if required);
  • daily change of bed linen € 5.00 for single bed, € 7.00 for double bed (if required);
  • daily cleaning performed by our staff, with rate to be agreed on site (if required);
  • security deposit of € 100.00 (mandatory);
  • a € 50.00/key fee will be charged for lost keys.

Mariflò rules

A deposit is required no later than 3 days from the date of confirmation of the booking. In case of failure to receive the deposit within the indicated dates, the reservation is void. The amount of the deposit is equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay. If the accommodation is not occupied by the client on the day on arrival, without any communication of delay, the reservation will be considered cancelled.

The commitment for the reserved period is valid even if not entirely enjoyed for reasons not attributable to our organization.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

On arrival, before the keys are handed over, the total balance and a damage deposit of € 100.00 is required. The damage deposit will be collected as a cash payment. On check-out, your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

We reserve the right to introduce promotional rates between the date of your reservation and the date of departure. The introduction of promotional rates will not entitle you to refund the difference between the total fare paid for your booking and the promotional rate.
